Movement, Mobility & Mimosas

April 27th, 2019 – Kerley’s Fitness will be hosting a member appreciation FREE workshop. This 45-minute workshop will give members and prospective members a few new tools for their fitness tool-kits. Justin will teach Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs), he’ll show you a few different Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) exercises, and he’ll end with a 20-30 minute Stick Mobility class. This event will be open to the public, and we hope you will attend!

 

This workshop is built to help people better understand why mobility and proper movement patterns are critical factors in their overall physical health. It was also put together to help people learn HOW they can improve their mobility with just a little effort. Now, I cannot overstate this enough, MOBILITY IS VITAL TO YOUR OVERALL PHYSICAL HEALTH. Healthy joints and muscles are mobile. The less mobility you have, the more difficult (maybe even painful) your overall body movement is. Let’s start to rectify this issue.
